Norgenta Lata is a Research Collaborator at Albanian Community Mental Health (ACMH), working with the team on research, podcast episodes, and workshop creation. She is a trainee Clinical Psychologist in the UK's National Health Service and a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology, and holds an MSc in Psychological Sciences.

She previously qualified as an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) and has worked on violence against women and girls across both research and clinical practice. As a member of the Awareness and Response to Domestic and Sexual Abuse (ARDSA) network, she actively works to shape policy and practice within the NHS, and she has consulted for UN Women in Kosovo on the TransformCare campaign, which addresses the gendered division of care.

Norgenta is the author of Use Your W.I.T.S! (Austin Macauley Publishers), a guide for adults and children on navigating body safety, consent, and boundaries, which the publisher described as the most important book they reviewed in 2020.

She also founded PsychResources, a collection of activity books that grew out of the anxiety management sessions she taught in schools. Covering anxiety, mindfulness, self-esteem, and body safety for children aged 4 to 9, and designed with neurodiverse readers in mind, the collection began with Standing Up to the Anxiety Monster, since translated into Albanian.
