Mimoza Gashi, M.A.

Mimoza Gashi is an ACMH alumna and a continuing collaborator. A Specialist Clinical Psychologist licensed in Kosovo since 2017, she completed her Master's in Clinical Psychology at the University of Pristina and her clinical psychology and psychotherapy residency with the Ministry of Health, a three-year program implemented by the University of Basel. She was part of the first generation of psychology graduates in Kosovo, and of the first generation of specialists in the country's Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy program.

Her clinical experience spans treatment, assessment, consultation, supervision, mentoring, and program development, across settings including the Ministry of Health, the Clinical and University Centre of Kosovo, Centers for Social Work, and the Kosova Women's Network. She is also a co-founder of the National Association for Autism in Kosovo.

Her work is integrative, drawing on humanistic and existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, family difficulties, and couples work, as well as those pursuing personal growth. She also serves on the committee of Kosovo's Clinical Psychology Residency program, providing supervision and personal therapy to residents.
